Growth

The project centers around the idea of growth—not only as evolution and development but also as continuous movement. This theme is deeply connected to the identity of Iași, with the entire design expressing this vision through a vertical journey.

The building’s six levels become stages of this symbolic ascent, each themed around a fundamental aspect of the city – history, education, architecture, culture, people – and culminating in a floor dedicated to the future. Moving through the space transforms into a narrative experience, where each level tells its own story and contributes to the overall composition.

The spatial composition is defined by linearity, verticality, and dynamism, with every detail carefully considered to reinforce this concept. Furthermore, artworks by local artists enliven the interiors, reinforcing the narrative of movement and continuity.
